Delete your LifeDesk account
LifeDesk — website and Android app
In the app (fastest)
- Open LifeDesk and sign in.
- Open Menu → Account settings.
- Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
You can cancel the request in the same place until it is done.
Can't sign in?
Email [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my LifeDesk account”. We reply to confirm it is you.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in, profile, photo and settings.
- Workspaces you own, with everything in them: documents and files, reminders, tasks, people, vehicles, business records, invoices, bookings and ads.
- Your chats and saved items.
What is kept
- Workspaces other people own stay with them (you are only removed from them).
- Invoices or reports a business already sent to you stay with that business.
- Backups are deleted automatically within 35 days (monthly backups within 12 months).
We delete your account within 30 days of the request.
